This book was written a long time ago, 1996 to be precise, as a poetry diary of the first six months of a small high-tech company, a fly-on-the-wall, the lawyers-made-me-change-the-names, report from a very strange place. So long ago, we still talked about the internet as the long big happy and the valley was a mosh pit of paper millionaires.

It was one great ride, wasn't it?
