We took a little trip to Las Vegas for the long weekend. Just the 3 of us — Dean, my camera, and me. Elvis impersonators, show girls dressed only in sequins, roller coasters, neon, champagne at 7am, stretch hummers, what's not to love? Because of work, this was our summer vacation. But before the end of the year, the software will ship and we'll figure out somewhere to go for a Christmas vacation. Email me any suggestions.
It was amazing hot in Las Vegas, 110 degrees, 100% humidity. They called it monsoon weather and every afternoon the thunderstorms moved in. My recommendations for air-conditioned entertainment was the Sunday Gospel buffet brunch at the House of Blue in Mandalay Bar and the Rat Pack impersonators at the Greek Isles.
